New for  2025. From the Capsicum Baccatum family. 
Originates from Ecuador, interestingly, the name “El Oro” translates to “The Gold” in Spanish, aptly describing the vibrant, golden colour of these peppers.
 
Pod colour: Changes from Green to yellow, orange to red.
Pod size: Length 4cm  Width 3cm.
Flavour: Sweet, spicy and packs a punch.
Uses: Can be eaten as raw, making salsa, salads. Good for Indian and Thai dishes.
