Flakes and Dried Chillies

We offer a range of our own dried chillies and Carolina Reaper flakes and two powders from our freshly grown chillies. As we head into winter and the fresh chillies are no longer available, why not use our dried chillies to add flavour and heat to your cooking. From mild to volcanic heat, there's plenty to choose from. Our Carolina Reaper chilli flakes are dried, crushed peppers and seeds, for you to add your own heat. The Chilli Powders: Cayenne and Mexican Mulato offer rich and complex , and sweet and spicy flavours.
