Bred from the New Mexico Chilli and named for a local farmer who worked closely with the breeder. A long, smooth-podded type, high yielding, bright red colour: a favourite for huge fruits and great flavour.
Flavour: Mildly spicy.
Uses: Chillies, salsa and salads. Great for roasting and pickling.
