From the Capsicum Annum family. Extremely mild, large chilli pepper, used in Mexican cooking especially Mole and Chilli Rellenos. 

Pod colour: Fruits ripen from a dark glossy green to red, and finally to a chocolatey brown colour.

Pod size: Heart shaped, similar to sweet peppers. 5cm - 15cm length and 5 - 7.5cm wide.

Flavour: Mild and sweet

Uses: Stuffed or grilled on the BBQ, sauces . Dries well and can be ground to make paprika.
